What Are Ways To Relieve Stomach Pain?

Throughout you life time you experience stomach pain. This pain can be mild, moderate, and severe. There are several factors that can cause your stomach pain such as eating way too much, eating to fast, or even when a person eats spicy, fatty, or rich foods. Stomach pain can also occur when you have gases that are trapped, the flu, excessive stress, or even food poisoning. If you experience stomach pain for over a 24 hour period the pain could be telling your body that there is something worse going on such as gallstones, appendicitis, or an ulcer.

Here are some following tips to help relieve stomach pain:

- Drop some peppermint oil on a sugar cube and suck on it. The peppermint oil will help to relieve stomach pains.

- Drink some ginger ale.

- Sip some chamomile or peppermint tea.

- Lie down flat, with some pillows prop your feet up. You can also apply a heating pad to help reduce the pain.
