Molybdenum can be found throughout your body because it is traces of minerals. It is mainly found in your teeth, bones, liver and kidney areas. This is really important to have when you are on a special diet and trying to lose weight because it helps with burning fat. When you are not taking enough of Molybdenum you can become Anemic, impotence or have tooth decay. You can find Molybdenum in a lot of food items such as: leafy vegetables, peas, beans, milk, ceral grains and liver. Almost everyone gets enough Molybdenum that they do not need to take extra if they are on a normal and healthy diet. When you take to much of this it can cause your joints to become swollen and hurt very bad plus it could cause diarrhea and might depresse growth with children.
